Who we are
The Liftoff League (“the League,” “we,” “us”) is a free youth soccer program in Idaho Falls, Idaho, operated by Reddlands LLC and presented by Lift Off Realty. This policy covers liftoffleagueidaho.com, our registration form, and the emails and text messages we send about the League.
Information we collect
- Registration details you give us: parent or guardian name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), your child’s name and age, your waiver agreement and typed electronic signature.
- Your communication choices: whether you agreed to receive text messages and/or emails, the exact consent wording you saw, and the date and time you agreed.
- Technical details at sign-up: your IP address and browser type, recorded with your registration as proof of your consent.
- Messages: texts, emails and calls you exchange with us, and opt-out requests.
How we use it
- To register your child, run the League, and contact you about schedules, weather cancellations and other league business.
- To send text messages only if you opted in to texts, and emails about league news only if you opted in to email news. We email registration confirmations and essential league details to every registered family.
- To keep records of waivers and consent, and to honor opt-out requests.
- With your permission under the waiver, photos and videos of league activities may be used to promote The Liftoff League and Lift Off Realty.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the text-message box on our registration form, The Liftoff League (operated by Reddlands LLC) will send you recurring automated text messages, such as registration confirmations, schedule changes, weather cancellations and game-night reminders. Texting is optional and is never required to register. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will confirm and send no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. You can opt back in by replying START.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS carrier platform) and only to provide that service.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the League and our communications (website hosting, our customer database, and our text-message and email delivery providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of participants and others.
The text-messaging exclusion above applies to all sharing: SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
Children’s information
The League is for children ages 3–6, but we collect information about a child only from that child’s parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian may review, correct or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep registration, waiver and consent records for as long as needed to run the League and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete them. Your information is stored on access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP at any time.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or contact us.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
