About these terms
These terms apply to liftoffleagueidaho.com, registration for The Liftoff League (“the League”), and the text messages and emails we send. The League is operated by Reddlands LLC and presented by Lift Off Realty in Idaho Falls, Idaho. By using this site or registering, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Registration
- The League is free. Optional reversible jerseys may be offered for purchase separately.
- Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child, and the information you give must be accurate.
- Spots are limited each season. Registrations after the limit is reached go on a waitlist.
- Each registration requires agreement to the Parent/Guardian Waiver & Consent shown on the registration form, signed electronically by typing your full name.
- Schedules can change because of weather or other circumstances. We will let registered families know as soon as we can.
- We may decline or cancel a registration, or change or end the program, at our discretion.
Text messaging terms
- Program: The Liftoff League updates, sent by The Liftoff League (operated by Reddlands LLC): registration confirmations, schedule changes, weather cancellations and game-night reminders.
- Opt-in: You receive texts only if you check the optional text-message box on our registration form and provide your mobile number. Consent to texts is not a condition of registration or of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at brigham@liftoffrealty.com or 725-777-8651.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We do not share mobile information or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We email registration confirmations and essential league details to registered families. League newsletters and news about future seasons are sent only if you opt in, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Photos and videos
As described in the waiver, photos and videos may be taken during league activities and used to promote The Liftoff League and Lift Off Realty. Contact us if you have a concern about a specific photo or video.
Website content
The content of this site, including the League name and logo, belongs to Lift Off Realty. Please don’t copy or reuse it without permission. We work to keep the site accurate but provide it “as is,” without warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift Off Realty, The Liftoff League and their coaches and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our messages. Participation in league activities is governed by the waiver you sign at registration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
